  I had to use the practice on a Saturday for an emergency call out. Dr Hitchens, who was on call agreed to meet me at his practice in a timely and professional manner. The level of care and treatment was first class from Dr Hitchens. This is certaintly a practice I would recommend to anyone.

  I have been a patient at the Bank cottage dental for few years now and I am extremely happy with the experience I get with every visit. Having a slight panic and fear of going to dentists all my life, going to the Bank cottage Dental makes the visit so much easier. On arrival to the Dental practice you are greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff and your dentist, hygienist and the dental nurses make me feel relaxed during my visit. Reception staff are very helpful and will do their up most to allocate you the earliest appointments possible. I truly would recommend Bank Cottage Dental to anyone including children because of my experience regarding service, professional care and procedures. Thank you Bank Cottage Dental for looking after me with every visit.

  Excellent service provided. Dr Hichens took time to explain in detail the treatment being carried out & why it was being done. The treatment itself was done with extreme care & attention. The staff were all friendly & professional throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice.
